Case description
A user stored their seed phrase in a safety deposit box in a bank branch that was subsequently closed by the bank in October 2018 as part of a branch consolidation programme. The contents were transferred to a regional hub. The user's seed envelope was delivered to the wrong customer during the transfer and had to be traced through the bank's logistics records.
