Seed unavailable — software wallet (2016)
SurvivesCase description
A September 2016 forum post describes a user who had memorised their 12-word seed phrase but suffered a concussion in a sports accident. The concussion caused anterograde amnesia that affected their ability to recall the seed. Some words came back within weeks but three remained inaccessible, requiring brute-force recovery assistance.
