BlockedCase description
A user who had set their wallet passphrase to the registration plate of a vehicle they owned in 2012 found in January 2017 that the vehicle had been scrapped five years earlier. DVLA records confirmed the plate had been retired and reassigned. They could not recall the exact plate characters from memory.
