Multisig quorum failure — software wallet (2018)

Survives
Case description
A February 2018 case describes a crypto fund's 2-of-3 treasury multisig that failed when a key holder was detained abroad. The remaining two key holders could sign but one key holder's signing software version was incompatible with a recent upgrade applied by the other. Emergency technical support was needed to restore compatibility before transactions could be signed.
