Multisig quorum failure — software wallet (2018)
BlockedCase description
An October 2018 forum case describes a DAO-style investment club whose Bitcoin treasury was held in a multisig controlled by token votes. A software bug in the voting contract caused a quorum to be registered for a transaction that the majority of token holders opposed. The transaction moved funds that could not be recovered without a controversial rollback.
