Multisig quorum failure — Armory (2014)
SurvivesCase description
An early adopter of Armory's multisig features in 2014 had set up a 2-of-3 arrangement with a friend and an exchange-hosted co-signer. When the exchange-hosted key service was discontinued in a product update, the user discovered one of their three keys was now inaccessible. They could still sign with their two personal keys, but only after reconstructing the transaction signing process from scratch without the hosted co-signer.
