Device lost — software wallet 2020
BlockedCase description
A user found in August 2020 that their old Android phone — kept as a dedicated cold wallet device — had been reset to factory defaults by Android's automatic device security policy after 90 days of inactivity and three failed PIN attempts by a family member who had picked up the unfamiliar device. The wallet app and its data were wiped.
