Device lost — software wallet 2020
BlockedCase description
A user who had stored a wallet exclusively on an iPhone found in December 2020 that Apple's iCloud backup had been deactivated on that phone due to insufficient iCloud storage. When the phone was damaged beyond repair, the wallet data could not be restored. No seed had been recorded.
