Device lost — software wallet 2019
BlockedCase description
A user found in November 2019 that their cloud backup service had not backed up their wallet directory due to a configuration error. The local hard drive had failed six months earlier and been replaced. The cloud-restored backup was from before the wallet was created. The six-month gap meant the wallet had never existed in any backup.
