Case description

A Trezor user inadvertently listed their hardware wallet in an online sale of miscellaneous electronics in September 2016. The device was shipped to the buyer before the user realised the error. The buyer was unreachable and had purchased through a guest account. The seed was stored at a separate location and was used to successfully recover funds to a new device.
